INTODUCTION OF THE PROGRAM:

Globalization and other factors are influencing Indian agriculture in positive as well as negative way, but Indians (Mainly Agriculturist) was not ready to leverage the positive impact of these changes, they fall short of information and knowledge of global market, Skills, Information, Technology etc.
Mostly we can see adverse effect and downgrading of Indian agriculture land, farmer’s income, and other losses to agriculture stakeholders.
It’s a high time to do something for agriculture community which should help every farmer to withstand in this competitive condition. We IIAASD in collaboration with SGVU, Jaipur are designing/ making/ presenting in real a new kind of concept for peoples of Rajasthan state, called ‘KRISHI GYAN KENDRA’. This Kendra will be the cluster or hub of knowledge on practical ground with added flavor of technology and required infrastructure.

OBJECTIVES OF PROGRAM:

The objective of this program is described on the basis of today’s need and tomorrows’ demand, which are as follow.:

• This hub will be the home of medicinal and aromatics plants which are on the verge of extinction.
• Store house/ Seed Bank of Non Genetically Modified Seeds (Natural), Plants, Rhizomes and any other planting material.
• Peoples and visitors can know the difference between GM food and Natural/ Non-GM food by its nutritional value, taste etc of all spices, grains, pulses and herbs etc.
• This center will be a training center of 16 different certification courses which comprises all subjects of agriculture.(List is provide below)
• Our aim is to generate revenue through training visitor ticket and capacity building.
• We will provide Theoretical as well as practical knowledge to the farmers and visitors.
• All practices will only base on Organic Farming Concept, Minimum Budget Farming or Natural Farming.
• This hub will definitely help in State and Central Govt program for making organic state.
• Exposure to the agriculture graduates from all over India will be given here for their ROWE program, which also helps in generating revenue.
• Students and farmers will aware about laboratories, where they can get reports or analysis of chemical, Organic Matter, Microbial contents and Soil/ Water test repots also.
• Visitors/ Famers or trainees will get knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Storage Practices, Good Collection Practices also they get chance to know Grading and Sorting practices.
• Here we will make collaboration with top 20 agriculture or other industries which will help in generating business talent in future.
• This collaboration also helps in getting students placement in such industries.
• This program will definitely create goodwill in future and also generate finance.
• No private or government institutes/ universities and organization has such kind of activity yet in work.
• This center will be unique and only one of its kind in India.
